Hey! It’s Alex and I’d l like to share with you how my transition home has been.
Before attending camp, I had a difficult time with my self-confidence and stress. While at camp, I learned so many different things such as how to reduce stress in my life in various ways.
One way I learned how to reduce stress is by taking a run or doing some deep breathing techniques instead of stress eating or overthinking everything.
Another thing I learned is to eat the things I want in healthier ways. Such as pizza, I learned how to make a pita pizza with vegetables on it so it’s a healthier rendition of pizza.
When I was at camp, I met so many great people who I stay in contact with and even visit every once in a while.
Overall, camp is such a great place to learn new things and meet new people, I’m glad I had the opportunity to go.
I hope to see you all back this summer to make new memories together!
